lekki, przyjemny zapach ryżu. dość słodki. porównywalny do innych sake w tym stylu, ale mniej alkoholowy i agresywny. kolor lekko posłodzonej wody. w smaku dość słodkie, owocowe, z bardzo niewielką goryczką z alkoholu. dość niskie nasycenie i lekki smak sprawia, że pije się bardzo łatwo

Can from Le Collier. Clear deep gold with a high, fine head. Faint grainy nose, some grassy hop maybe. Creamy, fruity flavor, nice grains, somewhat sweet, a bit weird in the finish, grapes. Grass and hay. Very smooth and silky, almost soapy. OK. Not as bad as some of their others. Pretty industrial and unimaginative, but not terrible.

0,35 l can from a shop under Shin-Marunouchi building. This brewery opened only in summer 2013, so I have the privilege to rate this one first. Karuizawa Premium Clear is supposed to be "German style" premium beer - most likely meaning lager. It pours light amber with a huge head. Some lacings and foam still left after several minutes. I try to be lenient when judging aroma - there is not much to talk about, some sweet caramel, something fruity and something artificial. I guess your usual lager aroma. Taste is soft, almost no bitterness at all. Wet and sour cardboard. Maybe I am not good at drinking lagers any more and need to learn to appreciate some subtle aspects. Anyway, this beer is drinkable but not really special at all. Souvenir beer, not craft beer.
