Bottle: Golden, a bit hazy, mid-sized loose off-white head; bananas and wheat in the sweet-sour nose, accompanied by a yeasty touch; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; lemons and bananas in the wheaty finish. Quite good.....

Bottle. Citric and sharp spicy aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow, fine carbonation, creamy off-white head. Cornmeal srart, some candyish and spicy off-flavors, nuts retronasal. The yeast wasnt doing too well I think - 1/2 year before BB date. Medium to light body. A Weizen as weird as its bottle.

Test vom 25.8.2007, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 11,6,8,6,-,6 - 6,84

(bottle, as Weizen Hell) Cloudy orange colour with a huge and persistent foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly acidic wheat-malty nose with restrained fruity (citrus, banana) notes and a strong touch of cardboard. Sweet initial wheat-malty taste, slightly fruity with a refreshing and mild sourness; quite light-bodied and lively carbonated mouthfeel; wheaty and light-clovy finish. Average.

Bottle (a very cool design). A sweet banana, apricot, and clove. Light yellow-tan color - cloudy with small head. Sweet banana/orange and clove flavor. Decent body but just a bit watery. Wish I could have compared this side by side with the brewery’s other Hefe - Weizen Lust but didn’t find that one.
