Cask at The Lodge, Alsager – but have drunk it before. Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with a small foamy almost white head and good lacing. The aroma has hints of floral hops and citrus. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with mandarin, grapefruit and some hints of malt. Traces of lemongrass and crisp green apples come through later. Finish is slightly dry. This is reasonable and an easy drinker.

Pint on tap at Crown & Anchor, Manchester. Pale golden beer with thin creamy head. Zero carbonation. Nose is malt and fruity hops but faint. Laces well. Full body, super smooth texture. Finish is tangy lemon curd with a malt background. Superb beer, really moreish and a pleasure to drink.
