Bottle from Marks & Spencer, Manchester. Light golden in colour with a small head. It has a hoppy character with a gentle sweetness to proceedings, and never feeling its strength.

Bottle from M&S, Brooklands. Spicey resin and grass aroma. Frothy white head. Honey brown. Medium bitter with underlying sweetness. Hops, spice and caramel, before citrus gains strength. Light bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Chewy APA.
