Bottle at home, sample glass, the rest is for my dead homies. Deep golden with white head. Sweet malts, sweet grain, sugar, alcohol, some dustiness and some plastic. Over medium sweet with light bitter backbone. Body is thin finish is sugary sweet and alcoholic. Carbonation is average to low. Commercially presented as premium stuff this is actually bottom shelf alcoholic strong lager. I see what you did there. 0,33 l bottle from AH Roermond, best before 19/5/2015. Clear, golden with a thin, soapy, slowly diminishing, white head. Quite intense, malty and pleasant aroma of biscuits, pear, peach and a bit of peppery fusel. Very sweet taste of biscuits, pear, peach and yeast which is quite okay but a bit unround up to then. But, this is followed by an unbelievably sweet and at the same time very peppery and alcoholic, harsh finish, making it very difficult to swallow. Medium to full body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Way too sweet and too much alcohol make this a cheap and unpleasant beer. Just awful, couldn’t finish it. At least a new style covered.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein klares goldenes Bier mit wenig Schaum. Geruch scharf malzig, getreidig, alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr malzig, süß, Karamell, schwer zu trinken, alkoholisch.
