Thor IPA är en India Pale Ale (IPA) på 6,6 vol % med massor av humle!

Den är bryggd på ekologiska maltsorter och består totalt av 96 % ekologiska råvaror. (Humlen är inte ekologisk, då det just nu inte går att få tag på.)

Maltsorter: Organic Weyermann: Pale Ale, Munich, Vetemalt, Caramunich och Carared.
Humlesorter: Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe och Cascade.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. No way this is 140 IBU. 200816

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 33cl bottle. Pours hazy light orange golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of bitter fruits, hops, zest, mandarins. Taste of very fruity bitter hops, zest, grapefruits, mandarins, good one!

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, flowers, malt, grass and has a nice long bitter finish.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Peach, passion fruit, lychees and apricot in the aroma. Hoppy, bitter and slightly earthy taste with notes of peach, grapefruit, orange and apricot standing out.

Sample at Systembolaget. Golden with a white head. Really bitter with grapefruit, grass, bread and hops, Low carbonation. Too bitter and unbalanced.
