Tap at Ushi-Tora. Deep gold with a small, thin layer of foam that lingers throughout. Light tropical fruit with some pine and grapefruit notes on the nose. Medium body with good carbonation and a nice well-rounded mouthfeel. Really good balance. Fruity on the palate with a nice, bitter finish. Shared by Nie at Bungalow. Ushitora Four "R" IPA 6% 60 IBU A light gold with a filmy head of foam. It has a nice prickly pine & fruit hop bouquet. The taste is mostly pine but with light tropical fruits and a residual sweetness in the aftertaste. Pretty nice and a cut above their recent releases.
