Tap at Ushi-Tora. Yellow-gold with a small thin layer of foam on top. Grassy nose with some grainy notes, orange, lemon and alcohol. Body is medium to medium-light with average carbonation. Feels boozy on the palate and kind of tiring. Feels like a work in progress still with something a little off, I can’t place it though...maybe plastic? Finish is bitter with booze.
