Bottle. Sweet orange, pineapple, banana, wheat malt and light clove aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet orange-banana and wheat malt flavor - moderate acidity and carbonation. Balance a bit off - sweetness overwhelms other flavors.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fine foam. Starts very fruity, not too much like banana. The finish is a little bit too sourish, I think. An average hefeweizen.

(bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a fluffy and persistent foamy white head. Dusty, light-sweet malty aroma, slightly wheaty and fruity (citrus, banana). Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Malty, slightly wheaty and papery taste with moderate fruity notes; slim and unexciting fruity finish with a light clovy touch.

(Bottle 50 cl) Cloudy golden with a tall, frothy head. Fruity, wheaty esters, but far from the most characterful Hefe. 020103
