Tap at CBC 2016, Blue session. Near-clear golden body. Ring to the rim of the surface. Mid-tart smell of citrus. Sour citrus taste, with hints of lime and lemon. Drying citrus shells to a short-lived ending. Refreshing, easy to drink(Copenhagen 13.05.2016).

Tap @CBC16. Clear yellow, white head. Mild, hoppy aroma. Flavour has bitter lemons and light floral hops. Hmmm...

Fat på CBC-16. Gose/session IPA kändes som en tydlig trend i år. Friskt citrushumlad, druvor, persika och krusbär. Uppfriskande, drickvänlig och riktigt trevlig.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has a fair smokiness to it, with medium saltiness and light tartness. Flavour is along the same lines, with prominent smoke and saltiness, along with tart citrus. Simple stuff, but quite refreshing.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, green apple, berry, light pepper, wheat, cracker, sea salt, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, sea salt, and light bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, green apple, berry, light pepper, wheat, cracker, sea salt, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of fruit/acidic tartness and light spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of sour lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, green apple, berry, light pepper, wheat, cracker, sea salt, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, sea salt, and light bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from acidity/yeast spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/acidic/saline, and lightly creamy/bready balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is an excellent hoppy gose style! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, sea salt, and light bready malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the balanced acidity/salinity. A very enjoyable offering.
