This American-hopped IPA marries a bold and complex hop character of pine, citrus and spice with fruity notes and a crisp finish created by our Kölsch yeast.

A slight hazed blonde IPA with fantastic aromas of spicy fine, resinous hop character, and citrus fruit. Balanced flavor between the American hops and our German Kölsch yeast strain provides a very unique backdrop for the hops to interact.

33cl can. Poured a light hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop, tropical fruit, light dry mineral, fake sugar. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a fresh, crisp, citrus, light tart, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can from Tesco. Mid gold, some carbonation. A bit of spotty white head on top. Pine dominates the aroma, with some gentle sweet grapefruit and white grape notes. Taste is quite bitter and somewhat medicinal, leaving an intense bitterness in the finish. More pine, some TCP and gooseberry in the aftertaste. Feels surprisingly boozy for a 6.5% beer. Reasonable but not excellent and a bit lacking in balance.

Piney nose with a citrus twist, taste piney bitter, again with a citrusy twist. Hop centric with a very light malt presence. Dry, hop bitter aftertaste.

Pure white creamy head stayed on a hazy straw coloured still body. Hoppy, bitter citrus aroma. Medium body. Sharp on the palate, soft on the back. Clean on the aft. Bitter/Sweet citrus, melon, orange & bread - this is nicely balanced with hints of malt.
