Botella 33 cl tomada en el momento en la internacional 01..01..2016. (r1632). (208 15 C2 2042 S grabado en botella). Color marrón muy claro amarillento turbio con espuma blanca poco persistente. Aromas y sabores frescos maltosos y cereales ligeramente herbaceos algo afrutados y cítricos. Predominio de cereales, algo dulces y puntos citricos. Cuerpo medio algo denso pastoso y espumoso aunque fácil de beber por sus 4.8 vol. Bastante sabor para esa gradacion. Refrescante. Bajarían atole wheat muy buena dentro de su estilo. Para repetir.

Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow with small foamy white head, doughy aroma with a hint of honey, medium carbonation, citrus flavored faintly bitter taste, medium finish with very little citrus peel aftertaste. Nice but not spectacular.

Hefig herber, mild hopfiger Antrunk. Die Hefigkeit steigt etwas, frische runde Bitterkeit. Nettes süffiges Bier. 10/10/11/10//10

12fl.oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden orange with a medium, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of ripe bananas, yeast, wheat and clove. Sweet fruity flavour of banana, citrus, wheat, yeast and clove with a slightly dry finish. Medium body with a smooth, creamy texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.

Golden with a light haze. It’s fairly plain but tastes okay. Light hoppy finish.

Optisch leider nicht die Bombe, überhaupt kein Schaum. Geruch eindeutig Banane, genau meins, Trunk süffig, süß, wieder Banane, dann erst leich bitter. Das haben die gut hinbekommen - lecker Weizen.

Heavily hazy, deep amber golden liquid is heavily carbonated and produces a massive white head that is well-retained.
As with the kolsch and pilsner in this Summer 12 pack, I get more hops up front, with the actual style character in the background. This one has probably the most non-hop character of the three, with light clove and bubble gum and a very heavy mineral water-like character. Rather rustic, with baked bread, hay, some light plaster. Nice, if not exactly classic hefe territory. Anyways, no resin or alcohol, no flaws but it would be nice if there was more spiciness to it.
The flavor is soft, with sticky honeyed malts that are fairly well-attenuated wrapping around very light white pepper and clove suggestions. Breadiness builds up but the watery texture and ample carbonation help clear the palate. Tons of bubblegum on the finish and a lingering spicy dryness that is pleasing, if somewhat too brief. I’m drinking this right from the fridge without letting it warm and its borderline too sweet/malty, so I’d hate to see it if it sat for like 10 minutes, though at the same time, it dosent really give the esters and phenols as much an opportunity to shine. Still, it’s clean and passable if actually a bit too clean. We’re entering American wheat territory here....Also, the beer is oddly very, very watery, much moreso than even a 5% hefe should be.
To be fair, I’m rating this lower to-style here (a clean, but very, very light, watery, borderline bland, German hefe). Feel free to add ~.5 to the score if you’re scoring this at home as just a "Wheat beer".
