On tap at Wicked Weed Funkatorium, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out red wine barrels, with tart, fresh blackberries and raspberries. Flavour is fairly acidic, with intensely tart blackberries and raspberries, followed by oak barrels, and very high acidity. A bit too acidic, but it certainly is complex. Very good.

On tap at Taproom, Madrid. Pours milky red, almost no head. Lots of fruit, berries, cherries, citric, funk, quite sour. Somewhat vinous. Low to medium carbonation. Medium bodied.

Draft at Craft Brewed Wicked Weed event. Pours a dark vinous grape hue with a finger of foam that lingers. Jammy blackberry nose with faint raspberry, wild strawberry, touch of horseblanket. Berry skins, lemon. Quite tart on the palate, oak slight vinegar. Light smoke as it warms. Good fruit notes throughout. Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours cherry/fuchsia red with a slight beige head. Aroma is oh so very blackberry with some possible raspberry. Med body or so. Flavor is mostly blackberry but there's a little raspberry. It's tart. It's berry. It's berry delicious. Indeed.

Bottle. Hazy brown, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of very tart berries, funk, jammy fruit. Taste is pepper, funk, tart berries, cranberry juice, oak. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.
