Lustrous is a golden, effervescent and refreshing farmhouse ale with a kiss of orange peel. For Lustrous Gigantic wanted to bring a summer twist to saison by adding orange peel and dry hopping with Mandarina Bavaria hops. Fermented with French saison yeast, the beer has bright citrus, with peppery and floral notes with a dry finish.

Slight bit of haze on this white capped beer. Sweet light malt notes, floral, citrus, faint spice notes. Not a caramel malt sweetness so much as a sugary cereal sweetness. The spice shows itself more in the finish. Rather restrained overall. Good.

Bomber. Pours a clear golden color with a medium white head. A big sweet malty nose with some citrus hops. Big sugary base, yeasty, toast, some perfumy hops, mild citrus, a bit of pear and earthy paper. Quite nice.
