Café Racer 15™ features aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complimented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive, much like the rebellious street racers who inspired it. Never ride alone…

(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head, leaving traces of lacing. Malty, hoppy nose with grapefruit, mango, apricots, caramel, flowers and honey. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, mango, apricots, flowers, pine needles, honey, caramel and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made IIPA, with lots of hops and malt to back it up. Very nice.

355ml bottle. Hazy, orangey golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Resinous, piney, slightly grassy and somehow perfumed, citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of grass, fresh hay, lemon, pine, some woody pineapple, pale malty background with an almond touch. Taste is bitter, resinous, slightly piney and citrusy hoppy, sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty backbone, hints of grass, lemon, almond, bitter orange zest, alcoholic vestiges. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate.
