May 2017: 330 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 6.4%, IBU 55. Hazy brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, citrus fruits and earthy hops. The flavour is first malty but not too sweet, with hints of rye bread, then citrussy and earthy hops come forward. Medium bitter finish. A fairly decent winter ale.

Can. Aroma is hoppy, dirty, pine. Taste is bit bland. Light hoppiness, bit of plastic, sticky, caramel. Rye is subdued by the sugar sweetness. Not much there.

330ml can. Dark amber colour with a one finger beige head. Aroma: rye, lots of hops, citrus fruits, orange. Taste: spicy rye, bready malt, caramel, hoppy citrus fruit, orange, tangerine, pine, some sugary sweetness, finish is dry and bitter, touch of alcohol too, quite well balanced I think. Medium body and carbonation. Really enjoyed this one.

2016 catch up - Can out home from the brewery - A nice beer. Lots of flavour of hops, malt and a nice light carbonation. A nice kick from the alcohol too, which was an added bonus.
