Tap @ Cafe Derat. Clear golden coloured with an off white head. Nose is tropical fruits, peach, mango (deScription courtesy of caesar), super fruity. Flavour is light malted with a lot of tropical fruits, and a nice hop bitterness. Very clean and easy drinkable.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pale amber, mid sized head. Mango and gooseberry dominates a focused aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lightly caramelly with plenty of passionfruit. Distinct bitter finish.

Bottle from World Beer Market. Tuatara Aotearoa Pale Ale 5.8% served in my new teku glass this New Zealand APA pours a deep amber-orange with a soapy white head that looks brown in certain lights. The aroma is great - hugely fragrant tropical fruits: mangoes, passionfruit and maybe even some strawberry jam notes. A soft prickly carbonation on a smooth medium body gives this beer substance. The taste is a wonderful bitterness blending woodsy bitter notes with fistfuls of luscious fruits. Great stuff with good balance.

Bottle. Amber beer with a bubbly body and a reasonable head. The aroma is lightly hopped with some roastedness, and the flavour is quite deeply hopped and bitter with plenty of dryness. Overall a nice hopped and roasted beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On keg at the Bow Bar. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a pleasant thin head. Nose - slight struck match and chicken skin thing going on. Taste - intense lemon and lime. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - i have to say, this might be the least exciting beer of today. Needed more on the nose and taste didn’t really step up either.

Bright clear gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crispy. Smooth sweetish pale malts, light cream. Hops are mildly skunky with mellow orange and orange marmalade. Very mild hop spice. Smooth semi dry finish. Mild floralness. Nicely joined up, clean and drinkable.

Bottle from Cornelius. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of grain, grass and orange. Flavour of biscuit, boiled vegetables and a hint of citrus. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Much simpler than I expected.
