Produced in Italy with the top fermentation method, using selected wheat and hops. Bright and cloudy yellow colour, it stands out for its white, creamy and very persistent head. To the nose it expresses hints of ripe yellow fruit, banana and spices. The delicate smooth flavour from the wheat malt is accompanied by yeasty notes and lively carbonation. The finish is slightly acidic and thirst quenching.

New Region from Italy - Umbria (13 from 20) and new Brewery. 300ml very dark brown bottle. This beer is real name: Cotta 50 Hoppy Weizen. Coz nazwa na wyrost, niestety nic tu chmielnego nie ma nawet w standardowej ilosci a coz dopiero w podwyzszonej. Brak prawie metnosci, piana minimalna, coz piwo na skraju terminu przydatnosci ale nie sadze by o to chodzilo, nie za udane, Bawarczykowi to by napewno nie smakowalo. Roznica jak planeta venus i Ziemia.

Bottle from Garsons Farm shop. The aroma features the expected citrus and cloves but then there's a really grainy doughy curdled core it. Light gold. Thick foamy head soon fades. Sour citrus with some cloves.There is banana but it's caramelised in butterscotch. Medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. Not good. Odd tasting hefe.

Bottle from Victa Belvedere, shared with heavy. Hazy golden body with a white head. Soft aroma, strong banana and caramel notes. Peachy sweet taste, light light dried figs and wheat maltiness. Okay, atypical weizen, not particularly successful, but at least it does give out some okay esters.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with huge white head. Aroma is champagne, grain, banana and cloves. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and acidic with notes of white wine, banana, chalk and spice.

bottiglia 37,5 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo torbido, al naso lievito cereali agrumi banana lieve miele, in bocca cereali banana leggero scorza di limone e chiodi di garofano, carbonatazione decisa, corpo leggero, acidula, amaro leggero.
