Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: yellow semi-haziness with a two finger white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy, floral, funky and some rice; really light tropical fruity tone underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a slightly sweet to funky quality; finishes semi-rice-like with floral and citrusy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, light smoothness, subtle dryness
Overall: what an odd beer. What style was this supposed to be again? Oh yeah, a saison. I think I could do this again.

16 oz can to glass at Momofuku in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is a slightly hazed yellow golden with a foamy white head that leaves behind pretty lace. The aroma is lemon citrus, tropical fruit, floral perfume along with a hint of the rice. The taste is clean, fresh and very dry grain cracker malt, with the floral perfume and nice tropical fruit to the back. As the beer warms, a nice natural herbal character comes forward. The palate is light bodied, fine active carbonation and the crisp, clean, bone dry finish. This was amazing with the Bo Saam.

13oz tulip at Sovereign. Mostly clear, dark orange gold, sticky pour. Perfume, tropical, lemon, inviting sweet & acidy nose. Strong, wheatwine-esque, not bone dry as the description boasts. Solid acid in between a medium light roast, strong Citra & herbal, white grape, lemon, hinting pineapple with an earthy finish. Good+.

Poured from the tap. Hazy blonde with small white head. Mild floral hops, rice character is what’s not doing it for me here. Average.

(Can) Pale golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly hoppy nose with peaches, citrus, flowers, honey and lemon peel. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of peaches, lemon peel, honey, white bread, herbs and fresh floral, herbal hops in a finish with a mild bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.
