A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or "white" ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel producing a refreshingly classic ale.

Pours a really pale cloudy color with an ok lookin’ head to top it off. Spicy aroma, pretty citrusy. Kind of sweet, especially at the finish. Spices and some banana factor in as well.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy white/yellow color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and orange peel is dominating with light wheat notes. Taste is a mix between some orange peel, coriander and some wheat malt with some notes of fruity ester. Light body with OK carbonation. Not bad but not there with the best from the style.

On tap at Flying Saucer. Has a hazy yellow lemon color with a medium white head. The aroma is oranges and citrus. Good lacing on the glass. The taste was a bit too much citrus for me. A good belgian if you like sour and citrus.

Hazy pale yellow color, cloudy white head. Bubblegum and coriander in the nose. Sweetish, wheaty, evident coriander notes. Sweeter than "real" Belgian witbiers.
