[ As Baumgartner Brau Juwel ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw - grass, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, light straw - grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is malts, wheat, sweetish grainy, a hint of sweet hops. A bit too sweet I would say.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 75cl botte. Pours almost clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized most good lating white head. Aroma of pale malt, grains and some mild aromatic hops. Taste of sharp grainy malt, pale malt, some bitter hops.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Hazy golden, small head. Mild malt aromatic nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body and dense, soft mouthfeel. Mild buttery doughy malt, lightly floral grassy hops. Mild warmth in a finish with fairly low bitterness. Mellow and balanced.
