Bottle from my manager. Cloudy dark gold. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has bitter herbs and citrus. Resin. Hints of fruit sweetness. The flavour is similar - a bitter herb citrus and hop led Hefe. No particularly evident sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Nice.

2/7/2019. Bottle shared at Pantopolion Grocery Store, Athens. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a large frothy just off-white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast, light herbs, and a hint of banana. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty good.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen at preparation for Yule beer tasting 07.12.17. Cloudy straw colour. Foamy white head. Refreshing aroma and taste of wheat, pale malt, oranges and coriander.

0,75 flaske fra bryggeriets bottle shop, delt med skibsrederen etter forberedelsene til maritim juleølsmaking des-17: uklar korngylden med ok skum. Koriander, citrus, gjær, hint av urter (og tyggis?) i såvel aroma som smak. Citrusbitterhet i ettersmaken. Slank og lettdrikkelig, så den hadde nok vært perfekt på hotellbalkongen. Men så havnet den altså i kofferten.

Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Day 2. Very hazy yellow golden with a big white head. Aroma is herbal with veggies, light citrus and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with high carbonation. [20-08-2016]

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Santorini White Donkey ].Hazy matt medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, weizen yeast, banana, fruity yeast, wheat, belgium yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy golden, rich lively head. Aroma of baking powder and banana. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Dough, banana and baking powder. Low bitterness.
