22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 10/20/2016. Pours hazy deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange rind, pine, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a smooth, moderately sticky/resinous, and creamy/bready balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an outstanding DIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Very hazy orange - amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malts, pleasant light sweetness. Decent hop spice into cooling pine. Little fresh orange and tangerine and their respective peel. FInishes fairly dry and pithy. It’s a decent DIPA for sure but there are many better around.

Cloudy orange to light amber color. The aroma is very fruity, there are citrus fruits, grapes, hop resins and a strong flowery component. The mouthfeel is drier than the average DIPA, with a toasty malt background, lightly biscuity, followed by strong bitterness, hop resins, less fruitiness.

Bouteille 66cl @ RBBSG III, courtesy of Benzai. Orangée, col léger blanc cassé. Arôme est houblonné sur un fruité agréable, pointe de melon et mangue sur des effluves tropicales bien placées. Palais est houblonné tirant sur le pamplemousse et autres agrumes, léger tropical avec un léger palais de pin. Pour 9%, ça reste superbement bien réalisé. Malt reste en retrait et apporte juste assez de corps pour balancer les houblons.

650 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG III. Thanks to Benzai! Golden. Fruitier kind of DIPA, resin, resin, exotic, pineapple with white grape. Still quite bitter. Nice, nothing special but quite satisfactory.
