From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tart and mild sweet cherries with soft amaretto, nutty notes, wood, marzipan, more tart red fruits. Light sour and sweetish flavour, tart. Body is medium. Very tasty, smooth tart/sweet combo flavour.

Bottle from 2017. Drank in 2022. Bright, dry, sort of one dimensional sour tone. I don't get any almond whatsoever. The cherry is sort of faded, but adds a pleasant touch. Dry and bright, not sure if it has been eaten up some or was always this way. OK, grew on me some at it breathed and mellowed out some.

500ml bottle at 6.6%, bottled August 2017. Pours hazy pinky orange with a small head. Aroma is very cheesy and sour, with a little cherry and almond. Taste has sweet and sour cherries throughout. Acidic in places. A bit short in the mouth. A little almond on the aftertaste.

Three year-old bottle, finally shared with my girlfriend and my brother. Pours a clear amber with no head. Aroma is intense with cherries and almonds, balsamic, fruity. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium body. Flavour is acidic with a nice light malt backbone. Lots of cherry and a distinct amaretto note. Balsamic vinegar touch. Bittersweet finish. Dry. Lovely sour.

Oak, wine barrel, tart berries, cherries, almonds. The fruit underwhelming, but otherwise a good sour.

Bottle. Red pink-ish pour. Aroma of rich cherry, vanilla, oak, almond, vinous red fruit and tart. Taste has rich cherry, oaky vanilla, tart raspberry, red grape, tart, vineus tannine and almond as a nice underlying flavor. Balanced and very tasty.
