Tap. Had this one at the Cherokee Casino. Really can't seem to get used to a salty, sour beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into weizen glass. Hazy golden with very little white head. Aroma is light grapefruit, light body, light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is grapefruit and salty.

Can: Wheat thins aroma, lemon accents. Cloudy golden, thin head. Lime, grapefruit, cracker. Light body, easy carbonation. Nice example of a gose.

Alisa brought this one back from trip to NC. ++ Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with an enormous foamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with notes of lemon and grapefruit. The flavor was sour and salty with lemon and grapefruit. Long finish. Medium body. Delicious.

Decent tart nose with hints of wheat, honey, and mildew. Pours a slightly hazed gold with a thick white head and moderate lacing. Sour but not overly so, with a tangible grapefruit bite and a salty, wheat-filled back end. Honey adds a good bit of sweetness, though, which grows unpleasant as the pint warms. Gets a bit too fruity and sugary towards the finish. Good sparkly gose feel. Not for me, but it was a free pint.

Draft at Craft Brewed Wicked Weed event. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam. Faint lemon, lime margarita-like nose. Grainy aromas. Tart on the palate, slight funk. Honey and salt towards the finish. I don't know, not doing it for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of Calimost Gose on 19 Oct 2017 at 21:42 - Score: 6. Sample at Kurtkeller 025: Eclipse-tastic 01 on 12/23/2016. Hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of funky citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of funky grapefruit, herbal yeast, doughy malt and a pinch of salt. The finish is tart with a zesty lemon aftertaste. Above average overall.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Foamy white head with medium retenion recedes to nothing. Grapefruit aromas. Sweet wheat and caramel upfront turning to mildly tart grapefruit in the lasting finish.
