Evoking a complete diner-style breakfast in a glass, Maple Bacon Coffee Porter is a complex beer with a multitude of flavors at play. It pours an opaque ebony brew with a frothy tan head. Aromas of sticky maple syrup, coffee, and cream creep forth from the glass. The mouth feel is luxuriously creamy, with layers of sweet malt, toffee, and roast giving way to waves of smoke, coffee, and salted chocolate. Bottle Logic Share, Zuidhorn, 2018 edt. schenkt zwart met licht bruine kraag,en redelijk veel koolzuur, aroma van ahornsiroop, zoet, smaken zijn droog, cacao, poederig(zalvig), iet dun qua textuur, zoethout, glad, chocolade glad, koffie, matig zoet, vrij veel co2.

From a bomber. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas are of maple and coffee. Flavor is sweet maple syrup and chocolate with a bit of slightly bitter roasted coffee. Lingering maple flavors.

Bottle sent from Lance. Pours oily Black with brown head that quickly fades to a collar. Aroma is sweet maple and overt coffee. Flavor is balanced coffee, chocolate and sweet maple. Stickiness lingers long. Chewy mouthfeel. Tasty.

I often give FB shit for their kitchen sink beers, but I also have to give them props when they do one right. Here, we get the kind of non-beer flavors that can actually be desirable in a beer! And everything is clean and authentic, not artificial, and all blended together. You get a nice rich coffee over a full semi-sweet chocolatey malt base, a complement of bacon and smoke, just a twinge of maple syrup sweetness, a kiss of something spicy.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Thanks Matt! Pours a deep brown with almost no head. Strong aromas of maple syrup, smoke, uncured ham and light coffee. More maple on the palate, with a bit more of the coffee perceivable. Sweet but the smokey umami balanced it out just enough. Maple slightly overpowers the other flavors, but it still comes out pretty awesome. Light coffee roast on the finish. On tap at Yard House Corral Gables. Black with small beige head. Aroma is nice maple, medium body, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is maple, bacon, coffee, and chocolate. Quite nice.
