Aroma of malt, caramel, fruits, orange, grapefruit, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a medium bitter finish. Nice full body. I generally prefer my DIPA with a little more bitterness and a little less sweetness, but as it stands this is a delicious brew from a promising brewery.

Bottle from Douberd, thanks! Amber color. Raisinny oily hoparoma with red fruit and dried tropical fruit. Malty sweet, raisinny flavor. Oily hops. Overripe mango, pineapple and red berries. Very tasty, slightly alcoholic. Long aftertaste. Excellent beer, that deserves more attention.

Bottle at In de Wildeman. Slight hazy amber with beige head. Lots of caramel, dank hops, resin, marmalade, light weeds, flowers, quite some yeast and light cheese. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost full bodied with slick feel.

Bottle at De Wildeman, 10th December 15. Best before 30th November 15, so slightly past it’s best. Pours dark amber, aroma is citrus marmalade, pine syrup. Taste is sweet, some caramel, faded hops, rich bitter orange, burnt candy. Pretty tasty and my first Greek DIPA

Bottle at the second 42nd Floor tasting - Thanks Dan! It pours clear orange-amber with a thick off-white head. The nose is quite fresh, peachy, stewed nectarine, brown bread, toffee and a sprinkling of pepper. The taste is bitter-sweet, oily, stewed orange, toffee, boosty alcohol, nectarine with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice peachy nectarine vibe throughout. Perhaps not the most refined DIPA out there, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle split on the 42nd floor, thanks to Danny, 10/11/15. Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent beige covering. Nose is bitter orange, caramel malt, spice, bread dough, lemon rind. Taste comprises orange pith, light mineral strokes, grapefruit, bready notes, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Drinkable DIPA but a little restrained and doesn’t pull out of second gear.
