Bottle @ Mikkeller Bar Aarhus. Pours a juicy orange with a medium white head. Aroma is very dank, mandarin, krokant, lemon zest, citrus and lots fresh hops. Taste is very dank aswell, orange peel, citrus, mandarin, light malty and lots of fresh hops packing everything up.

Bomber. Thanks, hyroglyphk. The beer is a bright orangey yellow color. The liquid is very cloudy, just barely translucent. Thick head of fine white foam. Tons of lacing, very good retention. The aroma is quite hoppy with a light crackery malt background. Hops provide flavors of lime, pineapple, grapefruit, mild sweaty onion, sweet wildflowers, tangerine and mild pine. The onion is actually pretty ok here, and I typically don’t like that hop flavor. That and the lime differentiate it a bit from the pack of recent top pale ales. Taste has a lot of sweet hoppiness with a crinkly edge of lime. Mild pale malt sweetnesss, just some simple very lightly caramel-ish sugar to hold up the hops. Moderately dry. Probably moderate bitterness - if not for all of the mildly bitter hoppy beers floating around now, I’d call it mild. Easy to drink. Light mouthfeel with a light touch of creaminess. Pretty low astringency. Nice finish full of lingering hop flavor. Solid beer. This would be a nice bomber to have around on shelves.
