From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is peachy and tart with Chardonnay impressions, medium sour, light grain, bread, stone fruits, some apricot. Body is medium. Light sweetish, wine, good!

2019 bottle. Pours a clear, bubbly, golden color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is bright peach, leather, dried orange, lemon zest, and green apple. Sweet and citrusy, with a mellow, tart flavor. Light, crisp, quite acidic, and sharp. Easy, balanced, and delicious.

Sample at the taproom during the "Apologize Less / Skin & Bone Double Release" event on 04/20/2018. Cloudy golden color with a medium bone white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of peaches, oak, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of mildly tart peach, vinous oak, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky with a peach aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
