Bottle. Pours clear golden with rathwr stable white head. cæear aroma of malt, hops and grain. Sweetish, malty and grainy taste, ending on a bitter, hoppy note. Watery mouthfeel. OK but nothing very impressive.

Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm (backlog). Orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head, that leaves good lace. Aroma is bready and caramel malty with some mild toasted notes. Also some slight herbal and floral notes. Flavour is quite similar with some mild bitter grassyness in the finish. Quite bitter finish for a Festbier.

[screw cap bottle] Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a loose and slightly tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet cara-malty nose with bready and biscuity accents. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty taste with notes of biscuits. Slim and short finish with a faint bitterness. Boring [24.I.09].
