Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and tart fruity with bretts and caramel malts. Not well balanced. Slightly dusty off notes.

Tap @ Både &. Murky dark amber body with a small tan head. A bit weak in aroma, caramel malt, toast and some dry fruit. Flavor is medium sweet malt, caramel toast, dry fruit, some bitterness and ending up a bit more dry in the aftertaste. Balanced body. I like stouts with Brett, so a brown ale with Brett seems to be a good idea, unfortunately this one ends up a bit one dimensional and boring. Totally drinkable but nothing exiting seems to go on here.

On tap at Både&. An unclear dark amber to brown beer with a small dejar light beige head. The aroma is lightly funky with some lemon and leather, pine cones and citrus, and a roasted touch. It’s dry and medium bodied with a nice carbonation. Pleasant bitterness, a nice funky leathery and lemony touch and some roasted malts. Pine cones, resins and bitterness in the light funky finish. Sure proves funk and brown goes well together. 160227

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a nutty brown with a slight haze and a dense and stable beige head leaving laces - a good looking beer. Sweet, sugary caramel aroma. Solid malt body, carbonation is a bit low, sweet caramel again and subtle roast. Brett is just a subtle late note, clearly it hasn’t developed yet. So for now this is mainly "just" a Brown Ale to the sweet side. 171215
