5 Horses Somerville draught, 7/9/22. Lightly-to-minimally hazy, bright golden-bronze. Small, off-white head showing low retention. Tart, fairly lime-heavy with low salinity and not a ton of wheat-like character. Heavily lime-forward with a thin texture that makes me wonder where all the wheat softness/protein heft is. Lingering acidity, low salinity. Very unidimensional and too thin even for its small size.

Pours hazy pale green. It smells of tart limes. The flavor is moderately tart and led by those key limes. There’s some sweetness and a little salt. Quite good.

Lime, wheat malt, salt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet-tart lime, wheat malt, mildly salty, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body.

12 ounce can from Woodman's Appleton, 7/4/20. Key limes indeed. Hazy orange, thin tan head, good retention, large chunks. I assume from the lime. Aroma of tart lime, salt, coriander. Taste is tart lime, salt, coriander, pale malt with some toastiness. Medium bodied, crisp, lingering tartness. Solid.

$2 Green can as pictured, vintage. Pours like a refreshing picture of ginger ale. Mild nose of lime, perhaps farmy. Very good cutting co2. Middle of well balanced lime peel and bubbly light hearted brew. Gose down easy, no pun intended. Yep pretty good tasty enjoyable civilized brew. Glad I found it.
