$2 Green can as pictured, vintage. Pours like a refreshing picture of ginger ale. Mild nose of lime, perhaps farmy. Very good cutting co2. Middle of well balanced lime peel and bubbly light hearted brew. Gose down easy, no pun intended. Yep pretty good tasty enjoyable civilized brew. Glad I found it.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Key lime pie nose with some crust aromas as well. More key lime on the palate with cinnamon and flaky crust notes. Some light sweetness and mild tartness. Definitely captures the key lime pie vibe. --- Beer merged from original tick of Keypunch on 10 Aug 2018 at 20:57 - Score: 7. Original review text: Key lime pie nose with some crust aromas as well. Can thanks to Eric. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong lime zest, sea salt, wheat. Thin body, lime, pure sugar, sea salt, light tartness, good.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart key limes, lemon, citrus peel, pear, green apple, white wine, melon, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, key limes, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart key limes, lemon, citrus peel, pear, green apple, white wine, melon, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light fruit/wheat tang, and yeast/coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart key limes, lemon, citrus peel, pear, green apple, white wine, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, key limes, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy/acidic, fairly saline, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, key limes, coriander, sea salt, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink, with the mellowly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Didn't notice any vanilla beans as mentioned; but this tastes just like key lime pie, so they nailed it. Perfectly balanced key limes with classic gose style complexity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Tap at Man In The Moon. Pours pale yellow with a fizzy, white head. Aroma of lemon detergent (urinal cake), old person lavender and sticky, cheap perfume. Taste is yuzu citric, perfumy. Can't get over the urinal cake smell. Gross.

Straightforward key lime gose, with a big tart lime front and a mild, grainy middle, all surrounding a baseline sourness. Sort of dies out towards the end, though, growing more bready than sour on the finish, with a slightly briny fade. Lots of lime, not enough gose. Pretty, though, and the sparkly texture’s good for the style.
