Pours a hazy light amber from a can. Big pineapple and mango aroma upon popping the can, somehow thins out in the mouth, ends with soapy bitterness. Good beer.

Wonderful nose, though too wonderful, as it gives high expectations. Very dry body. Lacking flavor.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance. Touch of lingering hop astringency through the glass, but not overwhelming. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is a delicious IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, not overly aggressive. This drinks like an NEIPA at first, but starts getting a big rough on the finish. Balanced juicy and dank/earthy/spicy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering regardless. Feels like Chinook/Mosaic hops to me.

16 ounce can. Hazy pale gold color. Small bubbly white head disappates quickly. Fruity nose hints at melon, pineapple, hay and bread. Bold bitter hops upfront. Grapefruit, white grapes, lemon and crusty bread. Earthy and herbal. Black pepper and grapefruit pith in finish.
