This amplified version of our flagship American IPA, Congress Street, is a focused exhibition of the Australian Galaxy Hop. Yellow-orange straw in appearance with a thick milky haze, Double Dry Hopped Congress Street emits fragrant aromatics of ripe mango, resinous spruce tips, candied peach, and underripe pineapple. Bold, rich flavors of guava, juicy nectarine, and white grapefruit rush over the palate while notes of cedar and dragonfruit provide a balanced, yet slick finish with a moderate bite. Features a full, pillowy mouthfeel with soft, effervescent carbonation.

Geen datum te vinden op blik of etiket, maar ik ga er voor het gemak maar van uit dat het behoorlijk vers is, gezien de bron. Troebele melkachtige ananassap kleur en een dunne gebroken witte kraag. Geur is heerlijk dank en juicy. Retronasaal is er ook hars. Smaak is behoorlijk bitter, maar ook juicy en er is een heel vaag zoetje. Die juiciness wordt - zoals gebruikelijk - allengs meer bij het opwarmen (note to self: even laten staan na het uit de koelkast halen, want het wordt er echt lekkerder door). Medium bodied. Lange flink bittere afdronk.

On tap at Trillium Fort Point, Boston. Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, tropical fruits and light grassy nose. Tropical, fruits, dank, light grassy and rather bitter finish.

16 oz can from Half Time, 4/3/26. It pours a fully hazy yellowish color with a foamy / frothy white head. Bright and tropical around of mango, passion fruit, papaya, and guava. Taste turns more toward the pine / pineapple side (especially toward the close), but still a boat load of tropical juiciness (especially up front). Drinks smooth and creamy. Really good stuff. I remember really enjoying Congress Street the first time I had it about a decade ago, and this is also a banger. Happy 13th Trillium!

Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Orange, lime, guava, white grape, biscuit malt, pine, and dank grapefruit peel aroma. Mildly sweet orange, white grape, biscuit malt, and strong bitter grapefruit peel and pine flavor. Good body.
