Citra hops and a hazy IPA named Ripe have been making waves in the Pacific Northwest since 2015. Our award winning IPA is generously dry hopped with Citra and Citra Lupomax hops that give Ripe it's juicy backbone of mandarin and mango notes.

Can at home still need a few more to 100 OR rates so may as well add one totally. Light orange yellow pour and foamy head, fairly hazy. Rich citrusy nose with tropical notes. Tastes of pineapple, mango, grapefruit, some tangerine. Oats and grass as well. Chewy with hint of spice on finish.

Go Seahawks! Hazy, bright golden color and a huge white head. Very nice nose of tropical fruits, mango and pineapple, faint citric fruits. Smooth mouthfeeling, juocy. Very nice balance of malts and fruity hops. Decent bitter. Nice work!

Golden and light peach coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall pure white head with a ninety per cent opaque straw yellow body after a few seconds - nice. Aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple, oranges, mangoes and some good papaya scents with a dash of oats and wheat with a light loral and piney character in the nose as well. Medium to Full-bodied; Rich oaty and especially wheatie malts are noticeable at first with a big body to support the rich and very tropically, fruity hops that don't seem to have any bitterness at all, but a good rich flavour with a smooth complexity. Aftertaste shows some nice wheatie and oaty malts that have a great richness for the backbone, but the tropical hops and juicy flavours are very noticeable, in a good way. Overall, a great New England IPA, as expected, very far removed from New England, but a nice beer to sample, super fresh and almost as far away as you can get in the CONUS from Portland, OR! I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from ABC Fine Wine & Liqours in Lake Buena, Vista on 28-December-2022 for US$8,49 sampled at the pool here in Orlando, Florida with my wife and three kids on 31-December-2022.

Tip tap draught, 12/14/22. Turbid oj. Small, white head. Citrus of all sorts, floral and juicy with mineral, cracker and clean yeast. Big citrus, soft juice, oj smoothie with honey-like malts and light pineapple-lemon. Soft and juicy, mega citrusy with floral rind and good, fresh juice. Well attenuated malts and light bitterness. Clean, no booze. Wow, these guys make some great IPAs and just the most foul, nasty sours. Go figure.

The aromas are fresh resin hops with some sweat, cat pee and a touch of citrus. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose with citrus standing out, slightly on the sweet side but balanced with carbonation and a bit of bitter. Good body and finish follows flavors. Tasty beer.
