This hop forward and aromatic, tropical pale ale is brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, then dry hopped twice, creating a bold flavor and aroma profile. Like a “tell tale” guide on the mast of a ship, this beer is our constant standard of quality.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, orangey mango and mixed citrusy hops up front with a nice clean faint malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes mango-like with a little bit of orangey tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good smoothness, medium to low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty good APA or NEPA depending upon how you look at it.

10 oz pour split two ways at the brewery. It’s an opaque juicy yellow with no sparkle, finger with white foamy head and nice lacing. Aroma is really strong balanced mx of grapefruit and citrus with a bit of cooking herb/armpit. Taste is strong grapefruit and citrus with only a hint of herbal in there right at the very end but not much and a bit of pine. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth thin texture soft carbonation and the finish is fairly dry and as the taste. Overall, a bit of an old school Mosaic, Citra kind of thing but executed well and delicious.

16 oz can from HalfTime. Hazy yellow golden pour , lasting fluffy head. Mellow citrusy aroma, grapefruit. Taste adds some orange and the dry hopping brings a drying finish, complimenting the lingering bitterness.

Tap at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head some broken lace. The aroma is malt, dank, weedy fresh hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, weedy, grassy, light citrus, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

$3.65 pint can, Wine Warehouse. This is obviously the same listing here and I know this is fresh as I'm at WW weekly and I've never seen it before. Same label, nothing about evo. Pours murky golden-orange with a soft off-white head. Aroma is juicy pineapple, citrus. Flavor is orange peel, dish soap, green grass and hops, white bread. Tasty.

Pours hazy deep gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Pine and scallion aromas. Soft with sweet onion, pine and pith front to back.
