Zoom in—down to the smallest state of matter. Break it down to atomic particles. After HI-RES, can you really keep turning the dial? We doubled down and took the aromatic potential of this beer to excruciating extremes. When it feels like too much, you realize it’s just enough. Bring on the atomic juice bomb… now you’re getting the big picture.

12 ounce tube can. Amber orange pour. Small creamy beige head. Resiny pine hop nose. Big bittersweet toasted hop flavor upfront. More sweet resiny, pine notes. Chewy, sticky mouthfeel. Cloyingly sweet, malty finish. Interesting brew that is somewhat remiscent of Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear deep gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Strong aromas of pineapple, honey, dank pine and warming alcohol as it warms up. Relatively low malt profile for the abv, but enough backbone without being too thin. More honey notes with cantaloupe, dank pine and faint vanilla and cream soda notes. Definitely sweet, but OK I suppose for the style. 11.5% abv is hidden fairly well. Not bad a bit too sweet and boozy overall for me as I'm not the biggest fan of triple IPAs anyway.

Had high hopes but this ended up being a drain pour. Mild aromas, but totally out of balance flavors that are ridiculously sweet.

Draught at the brewery: pours clear copper with off white head. Aroma is resin and citrus. Taste is sharp pine, moderate bitterness. Malty sweetness. Large. Not typical of what you get these days when you get DDH.

Can at home. Burnt orange pour decent enough head. Nose is tropical fruits, resin, rubbing alcohol. Tastes of pineapple, pine, candy, sweet lychee, strawberry. Fairly bitter. Some alcohol heat on finish. Sweet but not cloying. Interesting.
