Not to be mistaken for a German Wheat/Weisse beer! This is a Pale Ale brewed with substantial wheat in the grain bill and American Ale yeast. It has bold U.S. hop flavour from Cascade, Centennial and Willamette with a robust body and slight spicy flavour from the wheat.

Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Hazy amber color with compact head. The aroma presents sweaty hops and some caramel. Dry mouthfeel, some toffee malt flavor, woody and vegetable bitterness, not very fresh feeling.

Draft at BrewDog Camden on 19 October. Poured a cloudy orange colour with a halo of white head. Aromas of orange peal, tropical fruit and candy sugar. Citrus hop flavour with some cloves and slight sherbet. Finishes with pine, melon and esters.

Keg at Brewdog, Edinburgh. One of my favourites of the night. Hazy orange pour, decent white head. Lots of big orange citrus hop aromas, with a hint of the cereal from the wheat malt. Taste has a good amount of bitterness, but doesn’t finish too bitter. Not mind-blowing, but solid and good.

Keg @ BrewDog Camden. Golden copper colour, hazy. Fruity and spicy hops with a hint of lemon merengue. Not overwhelming aroma, but subdued and pleasant. Spiciness and sweetness of wheat shines through in the taste. Finish is (a little too) bitter. All in all exquisite & one of the better collabs I tried.

Cask at IMBC 2013. It pours cloudy deep amber with a small beige head. The nose is juicy orange, tangerine, caramel, resin, bubblegum and candy. The taste is earth, toast, stewed orange, tangerine, apricot, caramel, spice and resin with a dry earthy finish. Rather tasty.
