Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale gold, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is weak, a little herbal. Body is average, with weak carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some cereal sweetness behind. Final is a little more convincing on the bitterness.

Bottle at Our Mom Eugenia - Mosaic District. Actually pretty decent, nice and crisp. Clean and easy to drink, light grain. Had never had anything from this brewery before and saw it on a menu at a Greek restaurant, which was a nice departure from Mythos and the like.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly strawy, minimally grainy, pale malty and rather plain, hoppy aroma, a minimally mineral touch. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy, bready and spicy, pale malty, moderately bitter and minimally grassy hoppy, a mineral touch.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very clean, nice mouthfeel - not bad.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana persistente, colore giallo paglierino limpido, al naso cereali luppoli nobili note floreali miele, in bocca è ben luppolata maltata miele erbacea da luppoli, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, astringente, amaro moderato. Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Floral hopfiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, floral hopfig, schwach fruchtig. Leicht süß mit hoher Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
