A fresh, unpasteurized, filtered beer, with golden-blonde colour and creamy white head. Aromas of lemon blossoms, citrus and “green hops”. Slightly sweet flavour with refreshing bitterness and aromatic aftertaste, where the zesty and malty aromas dominate. Made with whole hops of German Northern Brewer & Perle and the New Zealand Motueca

Bottle, 5%. Good floral hop aroma, subtle and elegant. Clear golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is clean and malty with notes of fresh bread. Floral hop notes, lightly spicy. Clean bitterness.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, some fruity and mild wooden notes. Flavour is floral, herbal, some wooden and mild toffeeish notes.

33cl bottle, BB 15th February 2023. Drank on the balcony of our holiday studio in Nidri on 5th October 2022 and it's not even a Monday! Light golden pour, clean and clear, the head a white affair that tried to stay around. Dry finish and middle. OK, but all a bit too clinical and clean really.

Transferred from Untappd. Draft. Clear bright yellow color white head. Aroma of light black pepper. Taste is crisp, clean and lightly peppery, decent bitterness. I liked this one.
