This is our classic American IPA. Hopped for flavor and balance in the kettle, and heavily dry hopped in the fermentor. Crisp, clean, and clear.

355ml can at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Light hazy golden color with white head. Hoppy grassy aroma, light floral, some pine and grapefruit notes, malty bready, caramel. Sweet and bitter taste, more caramel in the taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Can purchased at The Hoppy Imp. (Greece) middle Sept 2015 and shared few days after in CZ. Sadly the can was over 4 months old which made this beer completely chicory with an Amber caramel tone which talks to oxidation. I am sure it is good when fresh.

Copper-orange color with big white head. Aroma is huge pine, spruce, forest floor, citrus, tangerine, smells thick. Taste is a typical mixture of American IPA flavours, heavy on the resinous-pine-spruce part, with influence of sweeter citrus fruits and just the perfect residual sweetness and body. Hints of spices as well. Oily and thick mouthfeel. Carbonation is laid back. An excellent IPA with a good malt base and perfectly layered hop influence!

Draught @ Jimmys No 43. Cloudy bright yellow with orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, grassy hops and orange peel taste, abrupt finish with citrus aftertaste. Nice and balanced IPA.

Can, thanks SirLimpsalot. A bit hazy golden/orange with a white head. Rather soft with grass, hops, citrus and some light malt. Medium bitter and with a medium mouthfeel. A descent one.

Standard, well balanced IPA. Pours golden with OK head. Light bitter finish. Some hay. Lots of bittering hops. Tap at brewpub.
