Another classic, this one definitely closer to the East Coast mold as promised in the commercial description. Light haze, golden leaning to amber. Nose is balanced between a deep bready and caramel malt and a floral and citric hop. Nice rounded mouthfeel, sweet bread, light lemon peel hop flavors, a very faint stonefruit element is hiding in there - otherwise clean, balanced, great malt fullness with a fun bitter and floral/citric hop profile. I see why this has the reputation it does. Bottled Aug 27th and drank in Florida on 9/7/24, that's ridiculously fresh.

Bottle from TJ. Bottled 09/26/23. Pours a light hazy golden colour and a frothy uneven white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma's of floral hops, citrus, some malts. Retronasal it's citrussy, light malty and somewhat resinous. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a hint of fruity sourness. Medium bodied. Firm carbonation. Finishea slightly dry and increasingly bitter. Maybe not so spectacular these days but tasty and very well balanced.

Bottled (Alex, Ville, Mats tasting). Orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, mild herbal and toffeeish tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some bitterness along with also mild malts to it. Very smooth and pleasant.

Slightly hazy straw-orange-brown body, huge dense puffy cream head. Aroma and body nutty, perfumy, and soft with light toast, nuts, and caramel balanced with floral, peppery hops. A touch of dough, too. I've tried other beers with similar elements but the balance, mouthfeel, and execution here is stellar and this lived up to expectations.

On tap in Barrel Republic, Carlsbad on 19th July 2023. Light haze to the golden pour, white crust. Citrus front to the aroma and taste, mild malty base for balance, nice 'rare' Maine rate for me.
