Bottle. Some sour beers are not too bad. This is not one of those beers. Just rancid sour and nasty fruit. Not too good.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di sour e di lampone. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il piano sottostante appare limpido. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, lampone, fragola, sour, frutta secca, agrumi e pompelmo rosa.

Appearance: Pink to red colour, clear. Small, fizzy white head. Aroma: Tart raspberry, earthy. Taste: Tart raspberry. Earthy, then more tart raspberry. Dry end. Bought: Atto Primo (Fidenza), 330 ml, €4.90 Info: 30/7-2024, BB: 28/2-2025

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours pale copper with an extremely transient head. Raspberry aroma. Arguably med body. Tart raspberry flavor. Arguably lightly sour in addition to tart. Nice for the style.

bottiglia 33 cl 6,3% vol., schiuma bianca evanescente, color arancio/rosè torbido, al naso lamponi marmellata alla fragola succo di frutta leggero funky, in bocca marmellata alla fragola lamponi limone frutta acerba, carbonazione moderata, corpo medio, alcool perfetto, dolce con amaro percettibile, media acidità per lo stile, non troppo asciutta. Buona aromatica, l’alcool in più ci sta e la rende più morbida. Ben fatta. c. Cantina della birra 22.10.21

(Bottle) Pinkish orange colour with brief, white head. Fruity, slightly lactic nose with raspberries, pink grapefruit, lemon and wild strawberries. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of raspberries, pink grapefruit, wild strawberries, citrus and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Leaning in the alco fruit lemonade direction, but fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Slightly aged sample Head gone in seconds; hazy pink to terra-cotta beer, still. End of bottle solid yeast. Nice nose, prickly pear, cranberry, rosehips, raspberry. Fruity, but in a different way, resembling oxidation, but subtly different. As if dried rosehips and other grains/kernels were added. Some dry spice as well. Light body but quite oily-slick. Undercarbonated. Nice, if with a weird streak. Would order it again, though.

Bottle picked up from Getränkeladen Harpf, Bruneck, South Tyrol, Italy and consumed at Camping Schwarzsee, Nr Kitzbühel, Friday 4th October 2019. Pours a washed out pinky red colour with a mid sized fast disappearing head. Fruity, really zappy, lot's of raspberries, zingy, dry, not at all sweet. It's a good beer.

A real sour real tart balanced beer that will damage your taste buds. The fruit is mild, but a bit artificial tasting. online saveaur bier

12 oz. draft at Zwanze Day, Portland. Orange type color. Aroma shows raspberry, mild old wheat, acid. Flavor is natural berry, mild lactic note, and ends on some mineral notes. Ends on mild pucker. Very nice.
