Bottle, 5.5%. Good milk chocolate aroma. Clear very dark brown colour. Big stable creamy light brown head. The flavour is roasted and slightly salty with a hint of acid and a little cocoa powder. Roasted coffee finish and aftertaste.

Dark brown colour with small beige head.Aroma of roasted malt mild toasted flavour of caramel light body and light watery more thin body and mild finish.

Dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger Geruch mit Toffee und Karamell. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig mit Toffee, Karamell und Schokolade. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle at Zero, Kos. Dark malts with toffee, caramel, roast, coffee, some fruity notes. About medium sweet with a moderate bitterness. Toffee and roast in the finish.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Clear dark brown coloured brew with an nice dry bitter taste and hints of roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Very nice Aegean Porter drunk it under its alias "Septem Saturday’s Seasonal Porter".

Bottle at the hotel, picked up from Barley Cargo, Athens 11/10/24. Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige head. Nose is chocolate, toffee, dried fruits, mellow roast. Taste comprises baking powder, cocoa dusting, light roast, toffee, brown sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay porter ... lacks a little depth and comes in a touch on the sweet side.
