West Coast leaning IPA with a tropical fruit party of aromatics from the layering of Citra, Mosaic & Enigma hops. A stripped back malt profile, low bitterness and dry finish keep everything lean and drinkability high.

200ml draught at Mikkeller & Friends. Hazy orange-gold body, film-type layer, dotted spots on the glass. Peachy nose, moments of grass. Rather smooth fruity taste of peaches and grapefruit added by a backdrop of grainy malts. Hints of pine needless to the ending, semi-dry. Pretty good. (Copenhagen 23.10.2021).

(On tap @ Salt Horse, Edinburgh, June 24/19) Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a white head. Quite pine needle and grass/leaf forward with some orange and grapefruit peels, soft melony juiciness, west coast type malt body with soft caramel and toasted grain sweetness, resinous and drying in the finish with a lot of pine and citrus in the aftertaste. Medium bodied, slightly oily. Decent enough WC IPA but not really my thing.
