There is not much Aroma or flavor of hops except for some bitterness. This is more of a Saison. Soft palate lots of yeast lingering bitter finish.

Draft - Grassy grapefruit rind. Clearish gold with a small white head. Light citrus grapefruit with a dry finish.

Capped 750 from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a foamy/creamy large white head. Aroma is kind of fruity and earthy. Med body. Flavor is earthy with fruit and citrus. Quite dry. Tasty in a way.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and grapefruit linger.

Dark amber with a thin head. Bready, complex malts, mellow citrusy hops, restrained esters. Certainly not my favourite style but the malts are really nicely done on this one.

On tap. Pours an orange amber with light head. Aromas and flavors of yeasty candied oranges with light earthy floral notes. Definite Upright yeast. IPA I don’t know - maybe a Saison with PNW hops. Nice. Unique

On tap at Upright, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of piney and herbal hops, and crisp dry bready malt. Flavour brings out herbal, piney hops, dry bready ad cereal malts, and a nice hop bite on the finish. Wonderful bite, with a dry piney hop finish. Excellent.
