Gyle No. 425. This Small Pale Ale is brewed to be refreshing and low in strength, yet full bodied and boldly flavoured. It was fermented with WLP095 for its stone fruit ester profile and features new season Chinook in a 12 g/L dry hop charge. 2.9% ABV

Can. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Vivid, pale gold. Light haze. Small, frothy, white head. Nose has lemon peel. Peach flesh. Some apricot. Clean, dry malt backdrop. Taste is light, estery bitter. Gets a little pithy along the way. Light body. Bright carbonation. Dries out somewhat. Light, pithy bitterness to finish. It has to be said that these low ABV beers Cloudwater are some of the best beers they’re doing lately. Very nice.
