A starburst galaxy produces an exceptionally high amount of stars, similar to how Ecliptic Starburst IPA produces a soaring amount of hop flavor. Brewed with Amarillo, Azacca, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops for fresh flavors of citrus, fruit and pine. 100% pale malt makes for a super clean finish and puts the focus on the hop flavors and aromas. Starburst IPA is dry hopped to the end of the universe!

Hazy blonde, there’s berryish fruity hop on the nose. Moderate bitterness, orchard fruits, the pale malts are quite sweet, almost honeyish. Ok, but I guess for me the malts are a touch too sweet, if I’m being fussy which I probably am.

On tap at Ecliptic, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus and dank hops, with some herbal character and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank, herbal hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Nicely structured, but not particularly exciting. Solid stuff.

On tap. Pours a clear amber with moderate head. Aromas of tropical fruit with sweet pineapple, oranges and pine. Flavours follow same with late emphasis on pine. Clean and nice but nothing to really differentiate from many others.
