Cork-top bottle, 0.75l, almost 4 years old. Aroma of brett, grapes, must, horse blanket, cereals and citrus. Pours cloudy pale golden color with thick creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy, following is bretty, woody, phenolic and slightly vinous, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Roots grassy roots...

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Brett very present. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, peppercorn, pretty tart notes, honey melon, straw, herbal, spices and brett. Taste is pretty melony, citrussy, peppercorn, pretty herbal, spicy and bretty. Some tart dry orange peel in the end.

Bottle at Olbutikken. Very nice. Aroma is oaky, funky, leather, berries, grain. Taste is good, initial tartness, oaky creaminess, bit citrussy, bit funky, lovely. Light and easy drinking.

Sampled from bottle. Unclear golden color, white head. Smell and taste slightly malts, bretty, typical saison funk, yeasty and some citrussy fruitpeel notes. Dry finish. Alright. 7-3-7-3-15.
